Dr. Christensen is the most amazing optometrist I've ever seen. He knew right away how to correct my prescription, and from someone who is borderline blind, that is something to be said! However- I would see him at his other location going forward, The staff at this location are ALWAYS RUDE, doesnt matter if you are in person, or on the phone. My family and I have been seen at Valley West Optical for over 15 years! As the eye challenges of my family have changed, the associates at Valley Optical have worked and walked us through every step of the way. No complaints!
I was so happy with the time the doctor took to examine my eyes and re-check three times to make sure it was correct due to my current prescription being so different. Patty and Kathy are wonderful and I could not be happier with my new glasses. The whole staff cares and it shows!! Thank you all!!!
