Most helpful customer service I've ever dealt with for a bank, and I deal with them every day.
What a joke ask for a payoff statement does not include the one I have already paid in June and there’s an early cancellation fee of $424 a $10 fee for document cancel a $25 admin fee again not including my payment prepaid for next monthI never receive statements in the mail or email communication. Well that’s another joke. Watch what you sign I asked for a copy because I don’t believe I would’ve signed anything like that.
Worst Online experience I have ever had with a live support agent, waste of calling them, they cannot even try to find out and confirm if the check has been received via FedEx (FedEx shows status as Delivered), all they can do is look at account what you see online and tell you same things what you see as well such a waste bank.
This is the absolute worst bank ever. They took over my mortgage with Habitat For Humanity and their every move is to take our home away from us. There’s no one that you cAN talk to who has straight answers. No one knows anything. Who’s in charge of these people. I will be filing a complaint. The statements they send makes it difficult to understand and no matter how much you pay, the amount due just keeps climbing.
GREAT bank.. had no problems.
