Worst online payment system ever created. They will authorize a payment and in a week tell you it never went through then it's late... Then you are stuck with a fee.

Incredibly incompetent and difficult to work with. The portal they send you to pay your bill doesn’t have any information about past payments, interest rates, any documents at all. They make it unnecessarily difficult to view the most basic information and to even pay off the loan they made it difficult.

In Beverly Hills.*** My dad served the country as a fire fighter and he left me a benefit of death, Sadly the fireman’s department uses this bank. I drove 6h to come here, had to get a hotel room because they couldn’t contact anyone the first day. The guy named Chris gave me wrong information. They won’t let me cash the check. They have verified the check, contacted signers of the check and still won’t cash it.

What a joke ask for a payoff statement does not include the one I have already paid in June and there’s an early cancellation fee of $424 a $10 fee for document cancel a $25 admin fee again not including my payment prepaid for next monthI never receive statements in the mail or email communication. Well that’s another joke. Watch what you sign I asked for a copy because I don’t believe I would’ve signed anything like that.
