The worst bank i have ever dealt with , the bank tellers and the manger dont know nothing and they come up with their own rules everytime you go there i wish i can put 0 star
It's a nightmare some staffs don't know anything about their jobs. The first day I tried to deposit all my money to my other bank account and cancel my account in vally because I'm going to leave NJ to CA, I told them this they know they don't have bank in CA. the workers tried very very hard to help me but they didn't make it, so they told me they will send me an email to me that evening to open online bank so I can do that, but I received nothing. I LOVE this bank. So friendly, helpful, and effcient. Maria was so kind this afternoon and really helped me through my transaction. They treat their customers like family. Best branch of any bank I've dealt with!!!
I opened an account with Valley National Bank in October 2016. The policies at this banking institution has been a 13 month long nightmare to put up with. From the lack of communication in any way other than physical mail, to check cashing and deposit restrictions, and digital transactions and mobile banking mandates that are outdated by decades along with a bank manager that is too stupid to do her damn job in any capacity that indicates she is intelligent on any level, including, but not limited to closing accounts on peop... read more
just opened an account a few weeks ago had a problem with a check not clearing and they handled it very quickly in a brief phone call. so far very satisfied
