Speed bumps are a pain however the customer service I receive at this location is always exceptional!!!
Terrible customer service. I had a substantial amount of money in Valley National Bank in the Hackettstown branch and needed a bank check and the branch manager said I had to pay a $10 fee which is absurd! I closed my account. They lost my business over $10. The other 2 banks i do business with never charge me and can't do enough for me. I will gladly do business with another bank who won't nickel & dime me.
