Got a check from a customer from valley national bank. Made out to me and they would not cash their own check. Started that I needed an account to cash one of their own checks! How ridiculous is that? They have a policy that prevents them from Honoring their own bank notes. In other words a policy to force someone into doing business with them. No thanks, I just wanted to cash it real quick, instead I will deposit it into my bank account. And to put a cherry in top, the teller was not cordial or even friendly a little. Maybe... read more
