Great Customer Service My brother recommended Valley Mortgage as he is a lender out of state. They had great customer service and were able to pre-approve us quickly so we could make an offer on our home. They also thoroughly explained the process. Would highly recommend Valley Mortgage!
Messed Up My Refinance Refinanced here and they calculated my taxes wrong so at the end of the year I get a letter from US Bank where they sell the mortgage right after you close that my escrow account was $1,500 short! Then after having to pay that out of pocket my escrow payments went up $100 a month to make up for their mistake of calculating my taxes as $980 a year when they are actually $2,400. So I ended up only saving half as much per month with refinancing as they initially told me I would.
