The employees are great. Application process was easy. However, using the transit services is another story. It took us five hours to complete the process when normally it would take three. Also the bus is very uncomfortable. I guess I forgot what public transportation is like. Also we were always the last dropped off. It took forever.
They are kinda helpful I had to give them the correct address three times they still never got the destination right and gave them specific directions I hope they get there act together.
Great people, help and the instructions and place looks like a museum!!
