I would never recommend anyone take paratransit. The drivers are caring, but management don't give a shot. I asked for a manager to call me 3 times and they never called me. I am late to work a lot because of them
Had to get a replacement copper card. These guys we're awesome they got me in and out quick they were extremely friendly enable to answer all my questions please.
I had to replaced my Platu card, and the staff are top notch .
