As a frequent valid Metro rider I find that these days it seems like the bus system is ran by AI, not caring about the actual writer but more caring about saving money for the company, just out of blue buses get canceled gets skipped bus drivers wait at bus stops 10 minutes past there leaving time just terrible things like that writing Phoenix Transit is a terrible thing it sure does seem like they're caring more about making that old mighty Dollar been trying to get people to where they need to go on time
Horrible bus service, horrible customer service, horrible practices all around. Someone should give them competition it won't be hard!!!!
Ever since getting this new bus driver as the 1st route of 45 going west in the mornings. Old skinny guy with salt and pepperes beard. Suppose to be at my stop at 5:09 am. But is always 15 minutes plus late. Been late all week last week from July 28- August 4th. And still extremely late as of the 4th if August. Always seeing him stopping in the 202 freeway. Or at the facility for extra long time. I'm going to crash out if I lose my job because of him. We all miss the previous driver
You guys need better bus driver
On 1st Ave and Phillmore, there's a Valley Metro Parking lot. I keep on seeing strange lights coming thru my window. Can you please let whoever working there to stop flashing them strange lights thru my window. Thank you
