Eastbound bus number 80, at 9:15 a.m. on February 14th the bus stop for me, and stood right in front of the curb, he was already running 9 minutes late, but he did that stop, I waved my phone to let him see me .. but he never stopped...

The bus rides take a long time to pick up up busses so dirty with material they need to take off put plastic chairs material smell to crowded they need moore buses or bigger on some routes yesterday I got pick up an hour late some bus riders are rude only a couple nice they leave u if u are right there close if the train had moore routes I rather take I hate the bus here it's better in California or other states they need to make better .

Buses are always late. Always. Traffic is. Thing. However, every single bus, is always 10 min late. Recommend changing your time tables for every bus stop by adding it in.

I moved here from another state a few months ago. Since living here in the Phoenix area, I decided not to buy another vehicle, but to take the bus. I think that it is the most efficient type of bus service. There is both a digital read out, and an automated voice that tells you exactly where your stop is. This is great for the elderly, and vision challenged. The state where I moved from; you had to guess, or just use Google maps. The bus drivers have all been quite decent.
