Valley Manor discriminated against a worker with a diagnosis of being on the spectrum. Subjected to bullying on near-daily basis, when the employee indicated they would file a complaint against the nurse whom verbally attacked him, including a Ministry complaint regarding concerns of neglectful conduct of the two RPNs in question, the employee was subjected to false accusations of "dangerous and threatening behavior", by the RN, and subsequently the victim of defamation.
