Nicole is a great physical therapist. She takes the time to understand your issues and comes up with exercise program to help you feel better. She clearly explains things to you and shows you how to do the exercises correctly. When my session is over, I leave feeling physically and mentally better.
I met with Nicole today for her wellness program. We discussed where I was in fitness and what I wanted to work towards. She worked with me and developed a plan and gave me workouts to start. There was no judgement around how unfit I was, just absolute support and encouragement to get to where I want to be.
Nicole is amazing and I always feel better walking out than I did when I walked in! Love the new layout and the addition of the sauna:)
Nicole was very thorough in our initial meeting. Her questions were spot on regarding my physical condition and abilities. We decided to start a rehab program with the very basic exercises needed.
