Would never use this shop fixing my outboard ever again. Brought my outboard to the shop, after 3 months or so and $400 plus dollar spend, my outboard now runs worst than it was. They can barely diagnose my outboard issue. Took 1 months plus to find the issue after told them why they are not seeing the issue I’m seeing. Plain incapable. Took them 2.5 months to get replacement part and charge me express shipping price. The shop manager/mechanic is incapable and will rip you off your hard earn money. A mechanic you can trust. Absolutely the only place I will take my Honda outboard motor for service or work. They stand behind the quality of their work, and have a wide variety of stocked boat motors, supplies and boat haulers. They treat everyone like ohana.
They just added a second Honda factory trained technician to their business !
Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me choose right parts for my boat and saved me a bundle and time.
