This is an excellent facility, with skilled, caring and yes, good-humored therapists. I could not be happier with my experience there and with them.

I waited over 5 months for this appointment and drove 25 mins. For context I am pregnant and would have loved to get seen. It was my first and last time. The building is a bit confusing. I went into to the wrong outpatient she asked me to check and sent me to another desk which they then sent me to the right desk. I walk in and I stand in front of the reception desk for a couple mins and not a single person spoke or acknowledged me, so I walked out. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the time and book somewhere else.

I have worked with a number of the therapists here after having 6 back surgeries, and every one of them is excellent. I’ll only mention my latest experience with Kayla C. She is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable while keeping things fresh and interesting by changing the exercises I did to keep from getting stale. She is a fantastic addition to the Valley staff.
