We called and asked for a estimate for several flat screen tv to be installed and surround sound to be rewired to the new tvs. I have sent 2 emails, called 6 times or more only to get yet another lie as to why we can not receive an estimate. Our home is in Walnut Creek, our money is in place and we were ready to do business. For some unknown reason this man, Gary, refuses to be forthright and honest.
