Brandi Vinton is very kind and very professional at the same time. I have only had one other experience with an audiologist, and that wasn't great. She was very welcoming and very warm. Explained what was going on. Ran the test explained how I did and why she was recommending the settings and things that she was going to use for the new hearing aids. I came in for a workplace hearing exam. Brandi was ex(c)eptionally friendly and professional. She was willing to nerd out with me and was very knowledgeable about the structure and functionality of the ear. She also was happy to take the time to explain what my results meant rather than just saying "You're good".
