Brandi Vinton is very kind and very professional at the same time. I have only had one other experience with an audiologist, and that wasn't great. She was very welcoming and very warm. Explained what was going on. Ran the test explained how I did and why she was recommending the settings and things that she was going to use for the new hearing aids. Wonderful person who truly does care about your hearing and whatever she can do to help you through the process of hearing aids and learning about your hearing
I came in for a workplace hearing exam. Brandi was ex(c)eptionally friendly and professional. She was willing to nerd out with me and was very knowledgeable about the structure and functionality of the ear. She also was happy to take the time to explain what my results meant rather than just saying "You're good". Also, if you want to find out whether you are a super mutant bat person or a super muted deaf person, she offers hearing tests for free.
