I joined this gym. Like it alot. But I will be cancelling my membership by end of month. I tried talking to manager about the elderly men that hang out in theraputic pool. They stay in there for long hours 3-4 . Everyday or more. And continuous talking. I go to exercise, I have tried every different time and they are still there. Tried talking to manager so she can do something about it. She is an absolute idiot. I'm fed up with this. The sign on wall says limit to 30 minutes. The staff is excellent and helpful. The machines are clean and well-maintained. The pools are perfect for my needs. Scholarships are available for those who qualify.
A trainer worked with me to tailor my routine for my needs. The exercises and machine numbers were written on a card along with weight amount, reps, and machine setup.
RecommendedI absolutely love this gym !! The care that they take to make sure everyone is safe , the equipment they have is wonderful and the staff is super helpful . If you are looking for a gym that isn't intimidating and has a well rounded age group of people that go , I highly recommend trying this place out ! They also have a wide variety of classes with multiple times to choose from ! Give it a try !! You won't be disappointed!!
Excelkent facility to work out! Their staff is very helpful and great! And I love the Zumba class! Diana the instructor is great! They keep the center clean too!
