Had my windshield replaced last August, left a happy customer. Well last friday we went to bed, windshield was fine, woke up Saturday morning to a huuuge crack clearly coming from the mirror. Brought it in monday (closed on weekends) and two techs looked it over, couldn't find an impact point on the outside but then said "maybe someone bumped it" and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. Absolutely amazing service!! They were scheduled to come in at 7:05 am to look at a broken window in my house in West Kelowna before I started work at 8 am Stevie went above and beyond for me and managed to get the window working again all before i had to leave to work!
Went in for a full windshield replacement and they had it booked and completed in less than 24hrs and was done great
