Went in to replace the glass of a vandalized "little Library". Amanda and Jen were both professional and exceptionally pleasant to do business with. In addition to their exemplary customer service, their pricing and efficiency were paramount as well.
Our new glass shower door hinges needed adjustment and Brandon came out the very next day to re-adjust it. The owner even reached out to help take care of our problem, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Incredibly unprofessional and strongly suggest finding someone else to work with. I received a lecture when come to find out the original issue was because of how the door shifted and the technician admitted they should have put blocking in the door when they didnt. The issue then continued and I ultimately got told "just remove" part of the door and then got hung up on by Amanda. Highly highly highly suggest finding someone else.
Kind, friendly, and fairly priced. Cut my peice and it was perfect. Made a long time customer. Thank you valley glass
