We have used Valley Glass for four different projects and all four turned out great. The fourth project was a glass on top of the dining room table. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Very unprofessional, the counter help seemed annoyed when asked for a quote. I did buy a screen, when I picked up, again it felt like I interrupted her solitaire game and wasn’t I even giving a thank you for my business, never will go back.
Do not work with them
Needed a bay window replaced. Valley Glass was able to get it replaced and installed quickly at a fair price. Great service.
We remodeled our bathroom and paid for a $4000 barn door shower. The 2 guys installed it and it leaked right away and one of the doors was loose. I called and the mgr had them back fairly quick. They did some caulking and fixed the loose panel but it continued to leak. I called and the manager had them back again within a few days. One of the workers apologized for the inconvenience while the other gave us attitude. It continued to leak so I did the caulking myself and it now isn’t leaking.
