Ordered custom recliners in November 2025, paid $12,000 upfront, quoted 10 weeks for delivery. It never came. Months went by, and the answers kept changing. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund, that went nowhere, too. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back, which took three months. Taking payment upfront for custom work is normal. Missing the deadline by months and then making the customer fight for a refund is not. Order elsewhere!
We were not looking to buy anything but the people running to store were very welcoming/kind and spent time talking with us.
Erin at Valley Furniture is a pleasure to work with. We have purchased a sectional and 2 recliners over the past year and a half! Thank you for your help Erin! Don’t overlook this family owned local furniture store!
Erin helped us a lot in choosing the right couch and guided us through customizing the color and partitions. The quality is excellent, and we’re very happy with our purchase.
Erin was great and helped us to find a solid wood headboard that closely matched our other bedroom furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to finally find something, after searching online with no success. She was very responsive over email, friendly in person, and provided us with a couple of good options to choose from. We are so happy we went to this local store for our furniture needs! Thanks very much
