Not sure how they have gotten a high rating, bought a couch from them with warranty. Crickets when it comes to utilizing the warranty. I understand warranties can be tricky but it's the lack of response to any email and phone calls that is unprofessional. Stay away.
This is the best furniture in the Bay Area and Central Valley I can guarantee they will match any price and their customer service is phenomenal. They also follow up on orders regularly which is very helpful. Frank, Monet, & Bill are the best team. No need to shop around they most likely have what you are looking for at the best price.
Good luck getting them to pick up the phone or call you back. Bought furniture from them about 1.5 years ago and trying to get the details on the warranty we purchased. Tried 5 times and nothing
Great selection. Did not find what I wad looking for but the attendant was incredibly helpful. Patiently worked with me to go through all options to see if we could find the perfect couch. Would definitely go here again.
