I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I ordered a huge dining room table with chairs. One chair was damaged during the delivery. The customer service could not have been better. They took back the chair and replaced it. A few years later I ordered two Stickly side tables for my couch. When they came, they were not the ones I ordered. Again, no problem to return them and get the ones I wanted. Love this place. Was sad to see it close, but then they opened again. Oh happy day!
Special ordered Stickley and waited 8 weeks for arrival. When it was delivered, one piece had come apart to the point that pieces fell off. I noted the damage on the ticket, and they left. They forgot to collect the balance and the shipper began to call me complaining about payment. I called Valley concerned about getting stuck with a broken piece and was told Valley customer service would call.
