We lived here for a year and a half. At first I liked the unit a lot. There is some definite wear and tear in these older apartments but nothing I couldn’t over look in order to have a private outside space that was fenced for my dog to go outside. We had to provide our own fridge which I found strange for an apartment complex. Our first summer there our air-conditioning unit stopped working 4 times and they refused to replace it or even give us a window unit to help with the heat!
