Poor customer service Staffing is terrible and can not explain why a card was disabled with no notification. It is time to switch
Once again the bank is doing maintenance that is supposed to begin at 9pm and last about 4 hours. It’s 4:48pm and my transaction at the grocery store just declined due to insufficient funds. I knew there was money in my account, but there is always that moment of panic that someone has gained access to your account. I went online and see the maintenance notice, which again is supposed to start at 9pm. All of my balances are blank. Thanks Valley First for always disappointing and embarrassing me. When will I learn?!
