Customer friendly good for me
We have taken a beating from your constant transfer fees. You don’t sync with our accounting software properly like you say you do You don’t link with our business crm Your credit cards are junk and don’t sync with our accounting software properly either. And today I called to ask if the call center gal could email me my business account statements from January of this year to date and she told me she would charge me $5 for every month she emailed me. After years of trying to justify using them and hanging onto micro positives, it’s just not a good bank. Has only gone down hill over the years. Great staff, but a terrible bank. Not the location but valley first as a whole.. Don’t even get me started with their credit card partnership. We will be switching back to RBC.
