After years of trying to justify using them and hanging onto micro positives, it’s just not a good bank. Has only gone down hill over the years. Great staff, but a terrible bank. Not the location but valley first as a whole.. Don’t even get me started with their credit card partnership. We will be switching back to RBC.
This financial institution, Credit Union, reminds me of my childhood years, where clients matter and the staff knows you by name. Walking into this Valley First is almost like visiting your hometown from a long trip away. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and courteous employees. Besides offering competitive financial services, it places great value on personal service and customer satisfaction.
