I had a financial meeting with Marco and his assistant Sirena for distribution of new money I received lately. Both Marco and Sirena were very very helpful pleasant and knowledgeable! The worst example of incompetence and lack of communication! After the atm ate my visa I called 1800 service line to report incident and recover card. The employee was exceptionally rude and failed to notify branch of incident. I called again prior to bank opening to address both the conversation with service employee and commence the actual visa recovery. I was told an email would go to branch and they would contact me. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever been to. The service was so slow and when I finally got to the counter I was treated like I was doing something wrong. I don't really know what the problem is with the staff and their manager but I can definitely say their behaviour was extremely unprofessional and rude. Maybe if I was rich they would have treated me differently.
I've had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with Marco! He made my visit very easy! He's extremely knowledgeable and personable! I then brought my son and he's pleased with the service as well! I highly recommend Marco for all your financial decisions! Thank you!
I use this bank for business purposes. Never have I ever received such attitude from a bank teller(on multiple occasions). Maybe give Veera a review in customer service. I wouldn’t have these expectations at a fast food restaurant but this is a bank. Mind you, not every experience is bad at this branch, just enough to leave a horrible impression on me and lose my trust as well as my business.
