Terribly understaffed location at the mall. I bank at a few banks and this one is the one with the longest waits. I seriously come here as little as possible. Staff are very kind though and pleasant to work with. If you can wait that is
This branch is garbage. Ridiculous wait times, stunned employees.
This is the BEST bank I have EVER dealt with!! The staff Rock they're super fun and nice and the benefits of banking at this Bank are absolutely incredible and it's only five bucks for a membership! I was dealing with a few of the major banks in the a few of the major banks in the past and I've never had Service as amazing as I have gotten at Valley First
