This is the BEST bank I have EVER dealt with!! The staff Rock they're super fun and nice and the benefits of banking at this Bank are absolutely incredible and it's only five bucks for a membership! I was dealing with a few of the major banks in the a few of the major banks in the past and I've never had Service as amazing as I have gotten at Valley First
The staff are great, this is a review of the credit union itself. Frustrating points: 1. Getting locked out of online banking way too frequently. Try to log in while using a VPN, or during the frequent times their servers are down. 2. Debit card disabled or not accepted. Go to to the wrong gas station and get locked out. 3. No after hours support to remedy above issues 4. Denial of debit card limit increases or teller withdrawals. You must disclose what the money is going to be used for or they will refuse. 5. Recently fell victim to a scam. Have been waiting nearly a week for valley first to let me get into my account. I didn’t give my bank information to anyone and yet valley first is taking their sweet time. When all is settled I will be banking elsewhere. NOT IMPRESSED!!
Horrible customer service. Our mother passed away and Brianne Partridge delayed for no reason what so ever the payout of our funds. When ever she’s asked about the delays there is always an excuse and no explanation at all and extremely impolite replies to emails
