I’ve literally been on hold for an hour after my card hit its limit when I only tried renewing my insurance I’m actually switching my bank after this bull. Doesn’t even give you an accurate wait time just said could be longer than 15 minutes like yeah thanks
Very friendly and professional experience been here 12 years as a customer and they will go the extra to help.
Not a bad place but highly annoying that they force people to walk through the drive through to access the ATM on weekends and that the ATM doesn't allow deposits.
