I have been with Valley First for almost 3 years now. I have not had to do much in person work with them. Usually everything is smooth sailing and functions properly. Should be ashamed of their dishonest practices Sold our personal loan information to others, advised us to get a term deposit credit card for 1 yr and after the term was completed with shining results they withheld the deposit indefinitely. Still never received it. Changed card providers without our consent and we couldn't log in or receive tech support with the new one until our payments were past and credit effected, They all just said, "oh nothing we can do about that" .. should have learned the 1st time we quit here deca... read more
I've been using this bank for years and years. Recently, one of my payments didn't go through. I was thankful they told me..but it was odd and I wasn't given me any information for why it happened. Myself and others have used the simply free account for along time, but now it's not going to be truly "free" come September?? We now only get 12 transactions before they charge $1.50 per transaction..possibly more after you've made 18 of those. They offer $9 for unlimited..but it was all free to begin with!! Excellent friendly servicr
We felt the staff was too casual/lacked professionalism. We just relocated to BC and were looking for a place to move our investments to. We just didn't feel connection/comfort with the staff here.
