Very good bank. Everyone i met there is truly friendly and professional. I strongly recommend transferring to this bank. If not all your accounts at least some.
I recently dealt with Laura Cragg - Wealth Advisor. I had wonderful service. Laura is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
My husband and I moved our investments to Valley First 4 years ago as we wished to keep our CIBC financial adviser who moved to the Vernon branch. We were most satisfied with his correspondence over our portfolio. However, he moved on to another position and we have not heard from anyone since. Thinking of moving our funds elsewhere.
Annette is just excellent at her job, She is a huge help for a vounteeer organization that has their account at the credit union,. if there were a ten star review I would give her ten stars !!!!!
30 min on hold just to speak with someone is unacceptable and why don't bank here anymore.
