Terrible customer service
I went to this branch yesterday morning. Around 10 am. The line up was up to the door. People were frustrated and leaving. Others were coming in and turning around like me. Unbelievable poor customer service. I really hope this was the last time I see this.
Staff are amazing but the wait time is often quite long.
Need a membership to make chamge apprently, remember when banks had a reasos to bank with them?
