A year and a half ago we purchased a set of couches from Valley Direct in Abbotsford, with the idea that we would receive better quality and customer service there, than at a box store. Boy were we wrong. Upon delivery, not only were the cushions much firmer than promised, but the stitching was poorly done, causing puckering and sagging fabric. We had a fantastic experience here after having a horrible one with Urban Barn. Liam took really great care of us and further proved that the local chain business is best over a national corporation. Liam was able to get us exactly what we wanted even though it wasn't in their showrooms. Always check here first for furniture, even if what you want is somewhere else
We bought our new family room sofa and love seat from valley direct and returned to buy bar stools….they are just so good to deal with! Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Very nice quality fabrics and well made.
Years ago we got a bed furniture set, which we still use, which brought us back to get a new couch and chairs. It was easy to choose the fabric and see all the styles of couch options. The couch is well made and good quality. We are still waiting for the chairs because the fabric was back ordered but I’m anticipating the same great quality and looking forward to putting the rest of my living room together.
