We went into this and bought a full bedroom suite all the stuff they have is quality built with no pressboard a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We have purchased a bedroom suite from them before and it is 15 years old and we're having it down to our kids still in great shape. Quality belt stuff and great stuff to deal with
Just received the couch that purchased for our new condo. We love the couch, it is very comfortable, very well made and was priced well. The reason for this post though, is to complement Valley Direct on the extra effort they put in to get our couch delivered to our second floor condo. They went above and beyond. Good selection of furniture, but nearly all large-scale as you'd expect for an area with lots of large homes. Dealer for Loloi rugs. Great pouf options.
Bought an expensive couch here, right away there were issues, issues the staff admitted were true, no refunds, no warranty options (only bottom cushions are covered by warranty I was told) no actual solutions. Sloppy looking $4k Stylus couch. Worst furniture buying experience in a long time. Next time I'll definitely shop elsewhere.
Gorgeous, cozy furniture. Mostly local which is a big plus. Friendly service through Liam. Can order even more stick from website. Nice selection. Easy repeat.
