Everyone at The Valley was very nice and professional. Ann was always pleasant, professional, caring, responsive and smiling! She is a definite asset for the Valley! I recommend the Valley to anyone looking for senior living options.
My mom moved into The Valley 2 years ago and we love it! The building has been updated and has a clean, modern look to it. The staff is genuinely friendly and so helpful whenever we have a question or need assistance with anything. We have had to call maintenance a couple of times for minor issues and they have been very responsive in responding to our requests. We inquired about The Valley, and scheduled a tour. An outstanding leasing manager, named Ann, spent an entire hour with us to acquaint us with this complex. She explained thoroughly anything we would need to know about them. She showed us sample apartments of what we were interested in. Everything there was maintained with excellence. We rate everything about The Valley with a 10 out of 10!
TheVallyApartments is a very pleasant, well organized,and personable environment community. Ann is the best !!! Along with staff made me feel very comfortable.
The Valley Apartments are incredibly clean (!), well maintained and have the feel of snazzy hotel! There’s an exercise room, theater, and a nice calendar of apartment events. Excellent access to major highways, shopping and medical facilities!
