I am extremely disappointed. I was really hoping to move all my banking away from big banks and I thought Valley Credit Union was the perfect solution. I have had very little luck communicating with the folks in the commercial banking division. It is heartbreaking as I was so hopeful they would be able to help my family make our dreams happen. The lack of timely response to emails and phone calls has caused tremendous stress and frustration.
