I dealt with Paulette Pye, Member Experience Coordinator, and she was a life saver. I live in Edmonton, AB . . . my 90 yr old mother lives alone in Greenwood, NS and I had to sort out some family financial matters. Living so far away and with COVID, this is not an easy task.
