Incredibly impressed with the amount of communication and efficiency during our loan process! The entire process from application to approval/walking out with a check took at most 1.5 hours (and this even includes a small glitch that Hailey was able to remedy without even a blink) !!
I would work with Valley Credit Union and Hailey Larsen regarding all my future banking needs.
Terrible customer service, horrible online banking. If you log in on the app then on your computer it locks you out and you have to have them call with the most complicated password system ever. If your spouse logs in to make a payment for you they lock all online banking and dont open it again have to do everything in person. From there on out. They only do online maintenance on the first weekend of the month so your payments are late and the fees are your problems
