Worst credit union I have ever had to deal with. Worst mistake I’ve made and now stuck with them for a while. Highly not recommend to anyone!!! Please look elsewhere first!!
This was my mother’s credit union for the few years that she lived in Bozeman. I recently closed her accounts as I do not live here. I can say without equivocation that every experience my mom and I had was characterized by the kind and pleasant manner in which all the employees greeted and treated us. My mom felt like a valued customer, known and welcomed by name at every visit. Her accounts were fairly small but she was never made to feel like a less than important customer.
