We booked them for our wedding coming up at the beginning of 2025. They were a venue recommended service. I went to confirm our booking coming up, and they were impossible to get a hold of, i called several times, left emails with no response. I had to go through the website contact us page for them to tell me they forgot about us, and they don't have vans available. This is unacceptable and so disheartening.
