The employees, tellers, and staff of VCCU are stellar: kind, compassionate, genuine, efficient, and I feel our money is secure there. The building is clean and nice to look at. I like our Mosinee office as well.
Always nice and kind and helpful.
Was handy as a youth for dropping off money, but as an adult this bank is not quick or easy and constantly makes it difficult to transfer funds or know if your funds will hit your account in a timely manner. This credit union is overly difficult if you plan on doing any traveling or have temporary housing out of town.
