Horrible customer service I got an edible image from there and it’s not peeling so I did what they told me to do and it’s not working so and I wanted a refund or at least a replacement for my image and they won’t do it. They said I have to buy a new one when it wasn’t my fault! Do not come here everything is expensive also.

Only place around that had what I needed and was open on a Monday when I was in a pinch. However I brought my father with me, and he wanted to also get the larger cake box and the guy was arguing with him that we didn't need the larger cake box. Granted we didn't but when your customer asks for both sizes and and you only bring one out that's a little odd. And why he cared if we really needed it or not was also really weird. Been baking a lot this past year and have started making my own cakes. This place has it all. Even handmade fondant Flowers to decorate your baked goods. So glad this place is here in town, there is not a lot here in the Inland Empire. Also was in love with the butterflies they had. Will come here anytime I need to present my baked goods and give it that je ne sais quoi

So happy I found this great cake supply store again. I used to shop at their previous location that was down the street for many years. They have so many great products here and seems to be very well stocked. They have an array of cake boxes and boards. to piping bags,piping tips,edible images, and even disposable gloves. I prefer to support local small businesses in the IE oppose to going to Michael's or ordering on Amazon. Oh and they also have online ordering/pick up available.
