Horrible service, will not reply, not professional in any way. Avoid this place and save your headache. The business license should be revoked for a such scam practice. It was a great place when Gary was the owner, sorry John S. is nothing like him, stay away.
Terrible service and experience. Low quality services and they won't help you plan for how to pay your taxes as a new business owner. I'm currently being penalized by the IRS based on work I hired them to take care of and I would stay far away from here.
Back in 2013 I came to VBS for helping me start my business. At first they were nice but as soon as I needed to amend my taxes they have been nothing but disrespectful, purged ALL my business documents/spreadsheets, I have dropped off everything they have asked for, but today I come in to grab a few items and the owner John tells me to grab my stuff and leave as he has no time to help me. I had been notified that I had been selected to be audited by the IRS in 2004. I was terrified and my books were a disaster. I met Gary from VBS in tears. He told me to bring my information to him and he could help me. I had the auditer come to my office I couldnt understand what he was talking about half the time as it was all tax jargon.
