Great place. Had iron-on hot wax(Toko) for my snowboard. Also carry some rub-on wax and other tuning accessories.
I bought a pair of ski boots here in early January 2025. They guarantee the fit so when I went to ski and had issues, I came back and they thermoformed them for me free of charge. I just got back from skiing Okemo and they were perfect. Highly recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff
I’ve been there twice to get help. Rude service each time. I called to confirm they would have season rentals for my young child and told them her size. They said ‘yep, come on by.’ When I arrived 30 min later they told em they don’t carry that size. No remorse, no apology.
Valley is the best shop in the pioneer valley hands down. They have some of the best mechanics who can fix anything! They also have lots of inventory of bikes so they probably have what you want on the shop floor! Worth the drive if you don't live in Hadley.
