Brought my bike in after I bought it here four years ago for a small. Technicians were amazing. Said it would take 10 days literally on the 10th day they called me for a pick up. Pricing was unbelievably reasonable. Highly recommend these guys they stand behind their work and they’re there to take care of it when you need it done Keep doing what you guys do!!!
These guys really helped me out. I had a brake that needed replacing for an upcoming trip and they squeezed my job in despite their full schedule. Great service and friendly staff!!
Great store. Helpful staff. But you sometimes have to work to get their attention. Lol.
Ran in to grab some things for skiing- man behind the desk was very rude, plus they had poor inventory. I’ll never go back there. I agree with the other reviews that they treat women, they were very condescending.
Came here to buy a bike and, everyone here was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Valley Bike to anyone who is in the market for a new bike. Valley Bike is the absolute best place to buy a bike.
