Always an easy trip to the Sunset branch. Angelica sat us down and handled a complicated issue with multiple accounts incredibly quickly. Angelica is such an asset and is always helpful to me and my aunt, we would highly recommend anyone to come here. Staying with this branch long term due to the customer service.
What a weird bank. I called to make an appt to open a checking account, and was questioned about the reason I wanted to open an account with them. The Lady who handles new accounts asked me why I didn't choose any of the other bigger banks, that I drove past on the way to their's? Then her schedule was apparently full all week, and she had no appointments available, ever. Do they really have that many people opening new accounts?
