Valley Bank on Valley Brook Ave Lyndhurst NJ. I had a great experience with Alex. He was extremely helpful setting up my new account and walking me through the online banking features. Everything was explained clearly. Tellers have been friendly and welcoming on my follow up visits.
I went to the ATM after the branch had closed. The tellers Alex and Keyenna Jackson were tending to the drive through live teller but saw me struggling with the ATM machine inside the bank and were able to help me with my banking needs. They were attentive, caring and extremely helpful in assisting me and I am so appreciative. I have not had good banking experiences with Valley since becoming a client. Cashed a check at this branch last month and had a wonderful experience with the staff. Came back in earlier this week and had the same experience!
