As a new member of this bank, I have to say banking here is like giving someone you money to hold then they act like you are robbing them when you ask for your own money !!! I am doing my first withdrawal and I have been sitting in the drive through now for 30 mins while they are “on the phone with someone trying to get it approved. I’m not the only one, the lady in the next lane is in the same situation
