I visited the branch on Friday to open a new account. The representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was a wonderful experience.
The visit felt like I wasn't going to get service because of my blackness also I didn't have an account however the check came from there bank.I will never go there again.
all of the staff is always pleasant and customer centric. i drive the extra 2 miles from the fairlawn broadway branch whose staff and bank manager (mask) is curt, rude and not very friendly. that branch can learn a lesson from this branch. keep up the good work elmwood park.
