I have been a customer of Valley Bank for over 25 years. I have seen a lot of tellers come and go. I always have a great experience with Judith Calabrese. She is fantastic! She's incredibly knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with, patient and one of the very best bank tellers I have ever dealt with. Always top notch service with her.
I recently visited the Park branch, and i have to say the experience was exceptional. From the moment i walked in, i felt the warm and welcoming energy of the team. The branch manager Jacob Dominguez greeted me right away with professionalism, positivity, and outstanding knowledge. He introduced me to me the teller, who was incredibly kind and process my transaction quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love this branch and highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent customer service and great banking experience.
Always Come to this bank. Judith the Teller is so sweet and Super Nice. And Cynthia Wilson who is no longer there was super Nice too.
Pretty good. Usually a short line and very freindly staff.
