I had a great experience at Valley Bank in Vernon! This was my first visit, and everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful, making my experience a comfortable one. Kelly was patient and thoughtful while assisting me with a new type of banking transaction. It was refreshing meeting such awesome banking professionals.
Love the girls at the Valley Bank and specially the manager, Barbara. They are all great and very friendly.
Came to the ATM after branch hours to deposit some cash since it said 24 hours. I got to the door and realized it was locked, and was unable to make the deposit.

I’ve had miscellaneous accnts with ValleyNational Bank over the last 60 yrs and rarely had a problem, but when I did, the staff gladly corrected any issues needed. The staff are all very nice. I love this bank .
