I recently (December 2025) pulled an auto loan through Valley bank through a dealership. I have had an issue every single month since with payment application while being signed up for autopay. There is no communication between departments- collections does not have the same info as the customer service team. When trying to pay any gap (which I have approved payment 3 tims) I was then told there would be a fee because their preferred method is online- which does not enable payments below a certain amount. I had a great experience at Valley Bank in Vernon! This was my first visit, and everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful, making my experience a comfortable one. Kelly was patient and thoughtful while assisting me with a new type of banking transaction. It was refreshing meeting such awesome banking professionals.
Love the girls at the Valley Bank and specially the manager, Barbara. They are all great and very friendly.
Came to the ATM after branch hours to deposit some cash since it said 24 hours. I got to the door and realized it was locked, and was unable to make the deposit.
