The lady this morning is rude and did not accommodate my daughter to encash her check. The lady said that my daughter has to open her account first. The check is Valley Bank Check. The check is not a huge amount not even $1k . However the previous day, my daughter was able to encash with another teller who is very accommodating, .
I pulled up to drive through window and it took some time to be acknowledged which is fine since it's just opening. My concern is another vehicle pulls up next to me and the teller asks me to hold on while she takes care of the other vehicle. Very rude and disrespectful. I will go out of my way to another branch.
