Very friendly and helpful tellers. Offer great rates on CD's.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Last week dealt with a blonde lady I believe her name was Michele who I had never seen before was extremely rude arrogant and disrespectful. She spoke with an attitude helping customer was a burden. This branch seriously needs to take action and remove her from serving customers. This was the worst experience ever.
As with all my visits to this bank, the teller was very welcoming, attentive, personable, and efficient. All of the personnel at this bank have been very helpful, personable and professional!
