I feel so comfortable when I visit my Yonkers Branch. It feels like HOME! All the staff treat me like family. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces, asking me how I am doing and go out of there way to make me feel cared for. I am with this bank from since it was Westchester and many people have tried to convince me to leave and go to there bank but I always say no because I stay where I am comfortable and appreciated. Excellent bank. Everyone who works there is welcoming, smart and very helpful. They have Excellent cd rates and customer service. Laura,Cristo,Devi,Loni and everyone else are so pleasant to deal with. One of the best banks i have ever done business with.
The service is unbeatable and the employees are very courteous. My banker Mrs. Persaud is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me with my living trust account setup and listen to the issue I was having at hand. I couldn’t use a debit card to rent a vehicle and need a credit card so she told me about the credit card promotion Valley was offering and boy did that help me out. She has a great personality.
Devi Persaud has been very professional and helpful to me I give her a thumbs up.
