I needed to get quite a few bank statements accessed very quickly and Mr.Keith Coyotl got the job done in a matter of minutes.I had been to a different branch and they were not able to accomplish this task over a week.He also straightened out another issue for me a few weeks ago.Mr.Coyotl is very patient and understanding and does a great job explaining bank procedures.
Jaleel Henry was incredibly efficient, accurate and processed my withdrawal in record time. I always appreciated walking into Valley Bank and being greeted with a warm, professional smile. Excellent Service!!
