When I am in the Styretown area, it almost always seems that I am in need of a bank. This Valley Bank fills the bill most adequately. They have an ATM on the side, and a spacious walk in lobby. I always am greeted with a friendly "Welcome to Valley", and from the tone I can tell that it is truly sincere. The service is quick, professional, and efficient. As well as the service is, it also is a great boon to those with mobility devices to see that there is very sufficient space to maneuver around. It's a pleasure coming here.
Really bad experience. I tried to get 2 20 dollar bills that were very old exchanged for newer 20s since nobody will take them. I explained that my bank is not in the area as I just moved here as I was in the service. They did not accept it because I am not a member there. I was looking for a bank to join as Im new to the area, but it definitely will not be Valley Bank.
