Worst Bank I have ever dealt with. They literally stole nearly $24,000 and are refusing to release our funds after we closed our account. No one calls back or responds to emails. Constantly get the runaround Our office has filed with FDIC, NJ Department of Banking and the Consumer affairs FRAUD division. You CAN NOT arbitrarily hold a customers money after they chose to close their account. If you are looking at this bank for your business RUN!!!!
I have been a customer of valley over 25 years or more i know different name but still same employees. They have always been so nice and helpful . i have been going to freehold for the last couple of years and i love the staff there and marc has always helped me with anything I needed .keep up the good work it is very appreciated
