The incident I experienced at this Valley Bank location on the morning of August 28, 2025, was absolutely unacceptable. The staff were not only rude and stuck up, but completely dismissive of me as a customer. What makes matters worse is the clear conflict of interest in having the notary also serve as the branch manager, as this makes her impartial—especially when she is directly involved in a situation.
